Terms of Service
By creating a CrypzaPay account you agree to the terms below. We have written them in plain English on purpose.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your country to open an account. CrypzaPay is not available in jurisdictions where Visa or Mastercard payments are restricted.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your email and password safe. Any activity through your account is considered your activity. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately and freeze your card from the dashboard.
Card use
Your CrypzaPay card may be used anywhere Visa or Mastercard are accepted, subject to network rules and applicable law. You agree not to use the card for activity that violates the law in your country.
Funding and conversion
You fund your CrypzaPay wallet by sending crypto on a supported network. At checkout, your balance converts to local fiat at the live market rate, plus a small spread disclosed inside your dashboard. Network fees apply per crypto deposit.
Fees
The Virtual Card costs $25, one time. The Physical Card costs $49, one time. There are no monthly fees, no inactivity fees, and no annual fees. Network fees and a transparent FX spread apply on transactions.
Account closure
You can close your account from your dashboard at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. On closure, any remaining wallet balance is returned to a wallet you control.
Liability
CrypzaPay is provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by network outages, third party failures, or your own loss of credentials. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
