Privacy Policy
CrypzaPay is built on the belief that financial privacy is a right, not a privilege. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not collect, and what we do with the small amount of information we hold.
What we do not collect
We do not collect government IDs, passports, driver licenses, selfies, biometric scans, or proof of address. We do not run identity checks against third party databases. We do not ask for your source of funds. There is no KYC step, ever.
What we do collect
To run your account we collect your email address, an encrypted password, and the country you select at signup. To run your card we record on-chain deposits to your wallet, your transaction history with the card, and basic device information needed to keep your session secure.
How we use it
We use your data to operate your account, process card transactions, prevent fraud, and provide support when you ask for it. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small set of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. See our Cookies page for the full list and how to disable analytics.
Your rights
You can export your account data, correct it, or delete your account from your dashboard at any time. Deleting your account erases everything we hold about you, except records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction logs needed for card network compliance.
Security
Passwords are hashed. Sessions are encrypted in transit. Wallet keys are protected with industry standard cryptography. We follow least-privilege access internally and audit every system that touches user data.
